“To create value from waste.” When you understand and live this phrase, it has a profound impact on your life. I have over 15 years working in social impact projects, generating energy savings that benefit families that rely on fossil fuels to be more productive and achieve an affordable lifestyle in their homes and businesses.
I feel very blessed to be closing this year at Sistema.bio and to have the opportunity to cultivate every important detail from an energy production cycle when implemented in a family or business culture. One of them is producing energy from organic waste generated by farm animals.
One of my daily challenges consists of convincing and demonstrating to our clients the benefits that are obtained when investing in a Sistema.bio product, especially our biodigesters, since their main question is: How will this improve my life?
I’ve learned that our results are based on the attitude that we have towards serving our clients and enabling product adoption possibilities for them. A product that delivers energy improvements won’t be fully effective if it’s not adopted correctly. A correct lifelong adoption of our products starts with stepping into their productive position and having our customers in mind from the intended design up to programmed product update. Also, to have the correct adoption every factor must be taken into account; such as geographic location, farm capacity and needs, type of animals involved, etc. Our team has gone through improved methodologies to gain the right information and be assertive when recommending a solution; requiring a very close approach to our client’s productive process.
Every day, at Sistema.bio we have the opportunity to live our mission and vision and to ease the path to perform sales and position our clients as potential promoters in their communities and businesses; this is the best advertisement we can get… improved families and communities!
Every aspect of a commercial process aims to sell a product. There are methodologies, processes, marketing strategies, etc, and it’s good to create or detect a necessity; however, when we focus on the most important aspect, our company responds with actions. We have a mindset where selling means “How can I help you to have a higher income by reimagining the process of your waste management?”
At Sistema.bio, we look for real impact. We aim to discover the right formula for each type of client and, while going beyond their monthly budget, give them a new perspective for an improved future. Up to this day, thousands of people have trusted and invested in a Sistema.bio digester and have achieved life-changing results.
Along with having a good attitude and caring about our clients, commercial partnerships are key to strengthen our coverage and capacity in LATAM. We’re looking for companies and organizations that aim to impact all types of farmers. It’s a work based on trust, excellence and integrity. A process that has the potential of delivering biogas and biofertilizer while covering their social impact agenda through taking care of the environment and their workers. Everybody is proud of working with the most innovative technology; it’s part of our human nature. What we do is not easy, but since the necessity of improved energy production cycles is increasing, we are covering every factor during our sustainable sales processes. In my opinion, it feels great when our work, our team and our ideas transform people’s lives and futures. It feels great to be vividly represented through a bright blue flame!
