In February, we had two Salesforce–Taro module launches: new simplified sales, loan and tech forms; and an inventory management solution.
Our IT Team continues to improve our systems, the simplified forms were re-designed to collect high-quality data relevant to our work so we can improve our users’ satisfaction.
Also, the new inventory management solution has allowed us to have access to real-time inventory status of all of our field office warehouses.
